NEXO IP is a cloud platform for receiving and managing real-time alarms and notifications, developed and operated by Nexo Labs S.r.l.s. The service website is available at www.nexoip.it.
The European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, established by Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013, was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025. Users qualifying as consumers may nonetheless rely on the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), by contacting mediation and conciliation bodies registered with the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, or the dispute resolution body of the competent Chamber of Commerce.
